【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricfenceenergizers,theratedvoltageofwhichisnotmorethan250Vandbymeansofwhichfencewiresinagricultural,domesticorferalanimalcontrolfencesandsecurityfencesmaybeelectrifiedormonitored.NOTE101Examplesofelectricfenceenergizerscomingwithinthescopeofthisstandardare:–mains-operatedenergizers;–battery-operatedelectricfenceenergizerssuitableforconnectiontothemains,asshowninFigure101;–electricfenceenergizersoperatedbynon-rechargeablebatterieseitherincorporatedorseparate.Thisstandarddoesnotingeneraltakeintoaccount–theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;–theplayingwithappliancesbyyoungchildren.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedonboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–electromagneticallycoupledanimaltrainercollars;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–separatebatterychargers(IEC60335-2-29);–electricfishingmachines(IEC60335-2-86);–electricanimal-stunningequipment(IEC60335-2-87);–appliancesformedicalpurposes(IEC60601).
